The Airedale Sleeping Position

For the uninitiated, we Airedales are a quirky bunch.  There are many things that make us stand out in a crowd, and we do have some special terrier traits that we cannot resist doing.

Take for example, the Airedale Sleeping Position.  It generally looks something like so, with legs akimbo and paws drawn up into the “T-Rex” position.  Some Dales add flair, others show off their flexibility, and still others incorporate props for maximum style points.

Today I added crazy eyes.  Yes, that works nicely.  And yes – it’s comfortable, despite what you all think.  We Dales wouldn’t be uncomfortable just for your amusement.
